Soda Pop: Robert Pattinson comes to light for the first time

Edward Cullen has finally let himself out of the misery Bella Swan caused him. Before he appeared on The Daily Show, Robert Pattinson showed up looking good at the Cosmopolis premiere in New York last August 14.

Clad in a blue Gucci suit, the 26-year-old actor managed to put up a smile, even if his eyes weren’t feeling the same way. His hair was slicked back, while his mustache rested on his blushing face.
Rob avoided personal questions but he has told New York Daily News, “I knew [Cosmopolis] would be different, but I didn’t have anything to be scared of except failing.” Meanwhile, Cosmopolis director David Cronenberg said, “[The scandal] doesn’t touch me and it doesn’t touch the film.”

Earlier that day, the hottie vampire faced Jon Stewart for an interview – his first public commitment after girlfriend Kristen Stewart had a ‘momentary discretion’ with married man and father of two Rupert Sanders. It was reported that Jon gave him a pint of Ben & Jerry’s ice-cream, saying, “Let’s talk about this, man-to-man.’

It seemed like Rob was not ready yet to talk about his girlfriend’s infidelity, but despite this, it is evident that he is still as gorgeous as ever. Do you agree with us?
