Soda Pop: Royal Couple Alert – Prince William and Kate Middleton at the London Olympics

Prince William and Kate Middleton were among the personalities who graced the opening ceremony of the most important sporting event in the world. The Royal couple attended the Opening Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games that was held at the Olympic Stadium in London last July 27.

Kate was super glamorous in a powder blue dress, while her husband was clad in a classic navy suit. They watched the breathtaking effects of the event that was directed by Oscar-winning director Danny Boyle. Prince William’s younger brother, Prince Harry, was also spotted next to the Duchess of Cambridge as they enjoyed the festivities together.

Prince William and Kate will be visible throughout the Olympics, attending different games to represent their host country. Princes William and Harry’s grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II wowed the spectators when she starred in the short film with British actor Daniel Craig. Her Majesty and James Bond made a historical Olympic entrance in a pre-recorded skit. There was a stunt version where the pair parachuted out of a helicopter to the stadium as the Bond theme song played in the background.
