Soda Pop: Lady Gaga stars in Machete Kills

After taking over the billboard charts with her songs and walking the red carpets with her bizarre outfits, she is now set to wow movie-goers in her new movie. Lady Gaga has joined  the cast of Machete Kills, marking her silver screen debut. The Mother Monster is playing La Chameleon in the Robert Rodriguez film that includes actors Amber Heard, Sofia Vergara, Jessica Alba, Zoe Saldana, Danny Trejo, and Alexa Vega.

Robert tweeted on July 27, “I just finished working with @LadyGaga on @MacheteKills, she kicked SO MUCH ASS! Holy Smokes. Blown away!” with a link to Lady Gaga’s seductive photo. Later, the singer posted, “Yes its true, I will be making my debut as an actress In the amazing MACHETE KILLS BY @RODRIGUEZ IM SO EXCITED!!! AH! Filming was insane.”

In the photo, the Born this Way hitmaker sports a Marilyn Monroe hairstyle while holding a smoking pistol with her body draped with dead white wolf. Machete Kills is a sequel to the trilogy – which was started by Machete back in 2010. Little Monsters, you’ll have to hold your horses though. The movie isn’t set to come out until next year.
