Music Mix: American Idols Live! 2012 Tour

Here come the idols! While American Idol is revamping its look for 2013, season 11 finalists are busy traveling around the United States for their scheduled gigs. The 2012 American Idols Live! Tour is a concert tour that features the top ten contestants of the show’s past season.

American Idol Season 11 winner Phillip Phillips is joined by runner-up Jessica Sanchez as well as third and fourth placers Joshua Ledet and Hollie Cavanagh. Also performing on stage with the top four are Skylar Laine, Elise Testone, Colton Dixon, DeAndre Brackensick, Heejun Han, and Erika Van Pelt. The idols are performing some classics – Proud Mary and It’s a Man’s Man’s Man’s World and today’s hottest songs like Rolling in the Deep, Somebody That I Used to Know and What Makes You Beautiful.

The tour kicked off last July 6 and will come to an end on September 21. Meanwhile, Fox’s popular reality show is having a new set of judges for its 12th season, which includes Mariah Carey as Jennifer Lopez’s replacement.
