Mandy Moore was blooming in a little black dress at “An Evening” honoring Rachel Zoe hosted by the LA Gay & Lesbian Center. The singer-actress wore a black Lela Rose frock with a floral lace neckline. The slim dress was wonderful on her figure, and she wisely kept accessories to a minimum with a black clutch and black ribbon peep-toe heels. The floral lace and her braided hair went together perfectly. She had a vintage aura to her, but made it sexy by wearing bright red lipstick. It’s a good look for Mandy – simple, feminine, and pretty.
