Are you ready for Versace for H&M? The stars sure are! Celebrities gathered to celebrate the launch of the Versace and H&M collaboration in New York. Held at a specially designed building along the Hudson River, the event featured a runway show with the full collection and an after-party with performances by Prince and Nicki Minaj.
Among those who joined Donatella Versace and H&M Creative Director Margarita Van Den Bosch were actors and actresses Blake Lively, Chase Crawford, Chloe Moretz, Zoe Kravitz, Zachary Quinto, Uma Thurman, Jennifer Hudson, Selma Blair, Emma Roberts, and Jessica Alba. Models Linda Evangelista, Abbey Lee Kershaw, Daphne Guinness, Sean O’pry, Coco Rocha, and Lindsay Wixson were also there. Other personalities aho attended include DJ Mark Ronson, designer Alexander Wang, socialite Tinsley Mortimer, bloggers Susie Lao, Bryan Boy, and Hanneli Mustaparta, director Sofia Coppola, singer Kesha, and It girl Caroline Sieber.
Models walked down the runway in silk crepe, metal mesh, metallic, fringed, and panel print dresses; graphic bustier tops, tights, and pants; tough leather jackets; and even colored suits. There were multicolored bags with animal prints; neon shoes; studded black leather bags; flower cuffs; and buckled, black boots. The collection was a mish-mash of vibrant graphics, bright colors, and edgy silhouettes. The collection will go on sale in H&M stores worldwide on November 17.
