Soda Pop: Nicole Richie outs her second book

Nicole Richie’s one of those few people who started out in reality TV and parlayed the success from it into other endeavors. She started out on The Simple Life show, and now she’s doing a ton of things on top of being a partner to Joel Madden and a mother to daughter Harlow and son Sparrow. She has a jewelry line called House of Harlow 1960, a clothing line called Winter Kate, and a couple of books to her name. She just launched her second book, Priceless – a follow-up to her first, The Truth About Diamonds, which made the New York Times Bestseller List. It’s a book about a spoiled brat whose fortune goes on a downturn that has dashes of celebrity and music – exactly the kind of book Nicole Richie would write. Whether it turns out to be a bestseller or not, it’s yet another good notch on Ms. Richie’s belt.
