Soda Pop: Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt exchange dogs – in Costa Rica

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have signed divorce documents and all, but the reality TV couple is still making people wonder about the status of their relationship. The two were recently spotted together in Costa Rica – a long way from the Malibu home bases. They explained that Spencer was there to exchange dogs with Heidi, as they now have joint custody of the four puppies they adopted while they were married. The question on everyone’s mind is – why were they exchanging dogs in Costa Rica? Couldn’t they have done it in Malibu, where their home bases are? One thing’s for sure – we haven’t see the last of Speidi yet.
