Is the heat getting to you? Lush will be coming out with a bunch of nature-inspired products to keep you feeling fresh this season. Taking a cue from the crisp wonders of a garden, these body scrubs, gels and creams will make you feel like you’re out among flowers, plants and trees – even if you aren’t.
Glorious Mud ($5.95) isn’t gross like its namesake, even if it’s made of Rhassoul mud. In fact, it’s a fizzy body mask for deep cleansing. It’s got aloe vera too, which will soothe and protect your skin against the elements. The Grass Shower Gel (price starts at $9.95) brings to mind the smell of fresh grass – think of early morning out on a dew-drop-covered lawn. It’s got enzyme-rich chlorophyll, balancing sandalwood and uplifting bergamot, so you can start your day right. Ultrabalm ($12.95) will actually help you in the garden and out of it. The jojoba oil, rose and candelilla waxes will help ease pretty much everything – dry lips, sunburn, rough skin, cut cuticles, and such. R&B ($18.95) is for your hair. Oat, milk and coconut oil will liven up dry and dull mane in a jiffy. Stepping Stone ($3.95) on the other hand, will tend to your feet with sea salt and pumice to exfoliate and cocoa butter to deal with cracks and chafes.
All these garden-fresh things will be out online at Lush.com by next week. In the meantime, stay out of the heat!
