We think you’re extremely pretty – we’ve thought it since way back when you played Cindy Lou Who in How the Grinch Stole Christmas. We also think you’re adorable as little Jenny Humphrey on Gossip Girl. We even liked your new rocker chick look at first, now that you’re trying to make it as the frontwoman of your band, Pretty Reckless. The problem is that we think you’ve gone overboard with the whole rockstar thing. Take a look at your photo at the BMI Industry Insider – How I Produced the Record panel discussion. Those ripped jeans, loose t-shirt and awkward black boots are too much, and we can’t see you underneath all that eyeliner! Lately, you’ve been stuck with these bad girl clothes that don’t do much for your look. We miss seeing you in livelier Peter Som, Catherine Malandrino, Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti and Marchesa outfits! Your very sullen demeanor scares us too. Seriously, would it hurt you to smile a little? Trust us, smiling is painless. Please try it. We don’t want you to lose that rocker edge, but we do want you to get out of that smokey eye rut!
