Beauty Extra: Lady Gaga goes spacey on makeup

Lady Gaga’s solar system-inspired Grammys outfit may have been truly remarkable, but her makeup wasn’t. The pop star looked like a badly made-up mannequin, with lurid hair and makeup colors. Her hair was big and wavy – blonde on top, and a sickening bright shade of yellow on the bottom. Her lips were bright pink, and her eyes and brows were outlined heavily in black. The finished product didn’t even look like Lady Gaga. She was going for the full-on shock factor alright, but lighter colors would’ve taken her entire ensemble from spacey to celestial.
