Bare Escentuals has actually created makeup that makes you happy – literally. The bareMinerals Happiness Collection ($54 at Sephora is a nine-piece makeup set that’s been formulated with Happybelle – a mood-boosting complex that contains a natural plant extract that produces the same effect as the endorphins. This just means that putting on makeup will now help you get into a good mood. The collection is made up of Glee Radiance All-Over Face Color, Euphoria Eyecolor, Happiness Eyecolor, Hallucinate Liner Shadow, Flawless Definition Mascara in Black and 100% Natural Lipgloss in Berry Rush, plus the Feather Light Brush and the Double-ended Complete Tapered Shadow Brush both in limited edition Hot Pink colors. The entire set comes packaged into a little red clutch as well. If all that doesn’t make you even just a little bit happy, we don’t know what will.

Make up makes me happy and with the new Bare Escentuals collection, I am now completely happy. I can probably use this in my not-so-good days. More than that, this is the most complete collection I have ever seen. In terms with the inclusion of the “Happybelle”, it makes me a lot more curious about using this since this is the first time I heard of something like a substance/ingredient included in make ups to have a good effect other than being beautiful.
