Beauty Extra: Liv Tyler shares beauty secrets from her famous dad

Liv Tyler says she’s been given a lot of beauty tips by her dad, Aerosmith rockstar Steven Tyler. “My dad is full of great beauty advice, like wear your perfume in your belly button and on the soles of your feet so that it becomes part of you.” Steven Tyler wasn’t the only one dispensing useful advice to Liv however. The 32-year-old actress also got useful tips from the other members of her family, including her model mother Bebe Buell. “My mom and grandmother were models and took such good care of their skin that I couldn’t help but learn from them. I can’t go to bed without cleansing, toning and moisturising – no matter how late it is. I use masks a lot, too.”

Liv has talked about her beauty secrets before. She has previously said that she uses lipstick as blusher because it gives long lasting color. “Just press the color into your cheeks so it looks like a stain. I like wearing pink lipstick as, unlike red, you can still apply it after a few cocktails.”
