That slim time between summer and fall is fast approaching, and when the weather’s not too cold and not too hot, peep toe booties are the perfect things for your feet. With open-toed or open-heeled versions, these ankle boots give any outfit just the right amount of attitude. Here are SodaBottle’s favorite peep toe booties in basic black.
Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony elastic wedge booties via ShopBop – Cutout suede with elastic straps looks pretty darn good. ($525)
Sergio Rossi Baltimora suede ankle boots via Net-a-Porter – The patent leather ends plus the unexpected plum peep toe make things interesting. ($716.80)
Topshop ABBY buckle stud peep boot – The open heels, double buckle and studs sure caught our attention. ($180)
Prada Wedge Bootie via Neiman Marcus – The wedges add some edge to a very basic shoe.
